CAD/CAM Manufacturing

Every restoration is digitally designed in-house using 3Shape Dental System and Dental Wing before manufacturing. Our CAD/CAM workflow ensures accuracy and repeatability, from digital scan to finished restoration.

Each case is designed by experienced CAD technicians, verified against clinical requirements, then milled or sintered before hand-finishing for shade and anatomy.

Materials

We work with zirconia, E.Max lithium disilicate, laser-sintered Co/Cr, gold alloys, composite, and biocompatible 3D printing resins.

Each material is selected for its clinical performance, aesthetics, and longevity, matched to the specific requirements of each case. For details on materials used in each restoration type, see our service pages.

  • Printed Models — High-accuracy models from digital scans. Articulated or single-arch. Faster turnaround than stone models.
  • Surgical Guides — Printed guides for implant placement. Designed from CBCT data for guided surgery protocols.
  • Verification Jigs — Passive fit verification for multi-unit implant cases before final prosthesis manufacture.
